Postpartum support offers the space for (you as) a new family the time to relax, slow the pace, and to bond with your newborn.
I support with hands-on, one-on-one postpartum care to support the transition into parenthood.
-
Having experienced hands-on support to assist in establishing breastfeeding and/or chest-feeding in your own space helps to set the foundation for success.
Learning your newborn’s cues and normalizing the early days of life with your new baby helps your feel confident. Navigating the early days of feeding and sleeping with a new baby is a beautiful and tender time.
Having someone in your corner to ask if that rash is normal, when baby’s temperature is a concern, what is normal for newborn sleep, and how to learn your new addition is a beautiful addition to your support team.
-
Preparing meals for you and your family to enter into your newly postpartum time feeling nourished.
In the tender days of postpartum, having extra hands to fold the freshly done laundry, and tidy the kitchen clears the space for learning your new baby and feeling tended.
Just as new babies need to be held, so do new parents.
-
Adding new babies to a family is a transformational time, with shifting energy, priorities, and needs. Helping each family member adjust to this exciting time with specific supports, makes this transition an intentionally joyful experience.
With previous experience in paediatric mental health and early childhood development experience, together we can identify and strategize the harmonious transition into the role of ‘older sibling’ for your children.
postpartum is a sacred and tender time. if this is a journey you’ve never TRAVAILED before, you’re wise in seeking a guide to help you find your new rhythm and learn your new baby. you are already a caring and intentional parent, on the threshold of transformation you know is coming.
